Macaroni Salad

Your new favorite Macaroni salad!


1 cup FYH Vegenaise

2 1/2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

2/3 cup sugar

1 1/2 tablespoons yellow mustard

16oz elbow macaroni pasta

1 red onion

4 celery stalks

1 green bell pepper

1 red bell pepper

1 cup of shredded carrots

Salt and Pepper


Cook pasta according to directions

Drain and cool

Chop your onion, bell peppers, and celery

I used the Vidalia Chop Wizard to make them all the same small size

In a small bowl whisk together your mayo, mustard, sugar and vinegar

Set aside

Place your cooled noodles in a large bowl

Add in your chopped fresh veggies

Pour sauce over

Season with salt and pepper

Mix well

Cool in refrigerator for at least 3-5 hours

Even taste best when left overnight

Serve and Enjoy!
