Mini Thai 'Chicken' Pizzas


Ingredients:

2 packages of Crescent Rolls

Beyond Meat Chicken, chopped and prepared in 1 tsp chickenless broth and 1/3 cup water

Peanut Sauce, recipe below

FYH Mozzarella Shreds

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/2 cup cilantro roughly chopped

1/3 cup peanuts finely chopped

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375

Toss your chopped chicken with roughly 1/4 cup of peanut sauce

Mix in your cilantro and carrots

Carefully remove crescent dough from package, keeping in roll form

Cut off 1-2 inch of the end

Turn on its side and press down into roughly 4 inch size pizza round

Spread peanut sauce on top

Sprinkle with cheese

Top with chicken mix

Sprinkle with peanuts

Place onto greased cookie sheet

Repeat with reamining ingredients

Bake in preheated oven for roughly 13 minutes until golden

Serve and enjoy

Peanut sauce:

1/2 cup peanut butter

2 tablespoons of brown sugar

2 tablespoons of soy sauce

2 tablespoons of rice vinegar

1 tablespoons minced garlic

1 tablespoon of garlic chili sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger

Directions:

Mix together the ingredients in a medium sauce pan

heat over medium high for 3 minutes
