Chicken-less Tostada


Sometimes all you want is a simple and tasty Tostada. This is quick, easy, and not to mention DELICIOUS!

Ingredients:

Roughly 1-2 cups of Vegetarian Re fried Beans

Ms Vegan Pico De Gallo, recipe below

Ms Vegan Asada ‘Pollo’ recipe below

Follow Your Heart Sr Cream

Corn

Directions:

Heat your beans, corn and Asada Pollo

Prepare your tostada:

First spread heated Beans, followed by asada pollo, corn, and pico

Top with Sr Cream

Serve immediately

Ms Vegan Salsa:

3 tomatoes, diced

1/2 onion diced

1/4-1/2 cup cilantro, as much as you like

1 lemon, juiced

Garlic Salt

Salt and pepper

Directions:

Mix together all ingredients

Let marinate for 15 minutes

Add more salt or lemon if needed for your taste

Ms Vegan Asada Pollo

Ingredients:

2 lemons, juiced

1 lime juiced

1/4 cup orange juice

1 rounded teaspoon paprika

1 rounded teaspoon of cumin

2 garlic cloves minced

1 chicken-less cube

1/4 cup water

Salt and pepper

Dash of Tajin

1 package of thawed Beyond Meat Grilled Strips

Directions:

In a medium frying pan add the first 10 ingredients

Heat over medium

When mixed well add in your chicken grillers

Allow to heat for 5-8 minutes

Turn off heat

Using two fork shred the chicken

Mix around in liquid

Allow to marinate in liquid, in pan for 30 minutes

Heat a little before using
