Porkin' Stuffed Mac N' Cheese Balls

That's right, here we have Jackfruit pork covered in Mac N' Cheese then coated in batter and fried to perfection!

Ingredients For Porkin' :

2 cans of Jackfruit, drained

1 cup of water

1 Beefless cube

1/4 cup of Liquid Aminos

1 cup of BBQ Sauce

1 cup of BBQ Sauce for Oven


Add the first 5 ingredients to your Crockpot

Cook on high for 4-6 hours

Once done remove and shred with your fork

Turn oven to 425

Mix your shredded Jackfruit with remaining BBQ Sauce

Place onto a prepared baking sheet

Place into preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, turning every 5 minutes

(Add more BBQ Sauce if needed)

Remove and let cool

When cooled make Mac Balls below

Ingredients For Stuffed Mac N' Cheese Balls:

Prepared Jackfruit Pork

3-4 cups of prepared Mac N' Cheese (using small noodles) Cooled

1 cup of Flour, seasoned with salt

2 Follow Your Heart Vegan Eggs prepared

1 cup of Panko bread crumbs

Vegetable Oil for frying

Follow Your Heart Ranch for serving


Using your hands grab roughly 1 rounded tbl of your pork mix

Form into a tight ball

Grab your prepared mac and cheese and mash it around the pork to form a ball/coating around it

Wrap tightly in saran wrap or place onto a plate

Continue with remaining Mac Balls

Place prepared balls into freezer

Freeze for at least 1-2 hours until frozen (halfway check on them and press them tighter if they seem to lose shape)

Remove and unwrap when frozen

Place your salted flour in one bowl, panko in another bowl, and whisked Vegan Egg in another

Heat oil in a medium-large pan, enough oil to cover half your balls (or if you have a deep fryer use that)

Take your frozen ball and coat it with flour

Then cover it in your Vegan egg

Then Press into Panko breadcrumbs to fully coat

Place into hot oil and fry on all sides until golden brown

Repeat with remaining balls

Serve with Ranch
