An easy baked pasta using Miyokos Liquid Vegan Mozzarella. Packed with Vegan Sausage, Broccoli and tomatoes.
Ingredients
16oz cooked pasta
12oz cooked and crumbled vegan sausage, we used very good butchers
12oz steamed broccoli
28oz can of diced tomatoes
28oz can of tomato sauce
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper
Liquid Vegan Mozzarella by Miyoko
Directions
Preheat oven to 450
In a large casserole dish add the first 8 ingredients
Season with salt and pepper
Mix well
Drizzle your liquid mozzarella evenly and thin on top
Bake in preheated oven for roughly 15-20 minutes until cheese is set
Remove from oven
Let cool 5 minutes
Serve and enjoy
