Delicious little cheese bites with pickled/jarred jalapeños. They are so easy to make and even easier to eat!
Ingredients
Vegan Cheese Shreds, we used follow your heart American cheese shreds
Jarred/pickled jalapenos
Mini Muffin pan
Cooking Spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 375
Spray your pan with cooking spray
Fill each mini muffin pan less than halfway with cheese shreds
Top each with 1 jalapeño slice
Press jalapeño slices firmly into the cheese
Bake in preheated oven for roughly 15-20 minutes until desired crispiness
The longer you leave them in the crispier they get
Remove from oven
Let cool 5 minutes
Carefully remove from pan
Enjoy them as is, or dip into ranch or even guacamole
