Lemon Roasted Brussels Sprouts

These will change how you feel about Brussels Sprouts. Perfectly roasted with a fresh hit of lemon! They’re super easy to make and definitely a crowd pleaser!


1/3 cup of lemon juice

3-4 tbsps olive oil

1 tsp garlic salt

24oz of halved Brussels Sprouts

Fresh lemon slices

Salt and Pepper


Preheat oven to 425

In a large bowl add your lemon juice, olive oil and garlic salt


Add your halved Brussels sprouts to the bowl

Mix well so each Brussels sprout is coated

Let sit 5 minutes and mix again

Place onto baking sheet

Roast at 425 for 30 minutes or u tiled desired crispiness

Remove and season with freshly cracked pepper and salt

Serve with fresh lemon slices
