The Best Bruschetta


This is my favorite go-to appetizer. With just a few ingredients you create a freshly beautiful dish that you can eat with your hands.



Ingredients

2 rounded cups chopped tomatoes (I used 3 different types of tomatoes)

2-3 tbsp of garlic

2-3 tbsp of olive oil

1/4 cup of white balsamic

Pinch of salt

1 tbsp sugar

1/3 cup chopped basil

French baguette loaf

Balsamic Glaze



Directions

Combine first 7 ingredients

Mix well

Marinate in refrigerator for 1 hr

To serve:

Toast a baguette

Cut into 1/2 inch slices

Top with a spoonful of tomato mix

Drizzle with balsamic glaze

Serve and enjoy!
