Just three of a few of my favorite things..... Spinach Dip, Mac and Cheese, and Grilled Cheese. Yes please!
MsVegan Spinach Dip Mac N' Cheese
Thick slices of bread
Follow Your Heart Provolone or Smoked Gouda
Earth Balance butter
Spread one side of each of your bread slices with butter
Turn over and top with your cheese slice, followed by mac and cheese, and another cheese slice
Heat a non stick pan over medium heat
Place your bread butter side down into pan
Top with another slice of bread, butter side up
Cook for 3 minutes until golden and carefully flip
Cook for an additional 3 minutes until golden and cheese is melted
(Sometime I add a splash of water to the pan then cover to help the cheese really melt)
Serve and enjoy!
