Cheesy Bacon Dip | Bread Bowl

A delicious cheesy, ranch and bacon dip baked and served in a bread bowl!


8oz vegan cream cheese

1/2 cup vegan sour cream

1 rounded cup of vegan cheese shreds, we used cheddar style

1oz package of vegan friendly ranch seasonings, we used Riega Foods

Roughly 1/2 cup of chopped chives or green onions

1-1 1/2 cups of vegan bacon

Small to medium Bread Boule ( a bread bowl)


Preheat oven to 375

In a medium bowl add your vegan cream cheese, sour cream, cheese shreds, 1/4 cup green onions and roughly 1 cup of vegan bacon

Sprinkle in your vegan ranch seasoning

Mix well

Cut the top off your bread boule, cut into small pieces for dipping

Carefully hollow it out, save bread pieces for dipping

Place cheese mix inside the bread bowl

Top with remaining bacon

Place onto baking sheet

Bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes

Remove and garnish with remaining green onions

Serve with leftover bread pieces
