Easy Yogurt Cake

This easy Yogurt Cake is the perfect quick dessert—super moist, lightly sweet, and made in just one bowl! No mixer, no fancy ingredients. Just stir, pour, bake, and enjoy. It’s the ideal recipe for busy days, last-minute treats, or beginner bakers looking for a guaranteed win. I’ve made this almost every week now! 


Ingredients

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

3 tsps of baking powder

1 cup non dairy vanilla bean yogurt

2/3 cup white sugar

1/3 cup plain vegetable oil


Directions 

Preheat oven to 350

Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and spray with oil

In a medium large bowl add your yogurt, sugar and oil

Whisk until creamy

Add in your flour and baking powder 

Mix well

Pour into prepared loaf pan

Spread evenly into the pan

Bake in preheated oven for roughly 60 minutes until golden and toothpick comes out clean

Remove and cool slightly

Slice, serve and enjoy!
