Grape Jelly BBQ Meatballs

When I first heard about these I couldn’t believe all the hype. Then I gave them a try and wow was I ever impressed! Most recipes call for using frozen meatballs (which you can totally do) but we are combing two different plant based meats to take these meatballs to the next level!


3/4 cup grape jelly

1 rounded cup of bbq sauce

12 oz of impossible beef

14 oz of impossible spicy sausage

Freshly chopped parsley for garnish


Preheat oven to 400

In a medium bowl combine your sausage and beef

Mix well

Form into meatballs, bite size is best

Place onto prepared baking sheet

Bake in preheated oven for roughly 10-15 minutes until cooked and golden

While meatballs are cooking prepare sauce

In large deep pan add your jelly and bbq sauce

Cook over medium heat stirring until melted and mixed well

Cook sauce for roughly 10 minutes

Once meatballs are cooked add them to the sauce

Continue to cook for roughly 5-10 minutes and toss to fully coat

Remove and plate with sauce

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley

Serve with toothpicks
