Sweet Biscuit Bake

A delicious and unique dessert using vegan friendly canned biscuit dough tossed in cinnamon and sugar, spread with Biscoff cookie butter and topped with cookie crumbles and white chocolate chips! This dessert is very versatile and you can change up with toppings to make it how you like.


1 can of vegan friendly biscuits (8 count)

1/2 cup white sugar

1 tbsp cinnamon

1/2 cup of melted butter

Roughly 3/4 1 cup of Biscoff Cookie Butter (You can also use peanut butter or other brand cookie butter)

Roughly 8-10 biscoff lotus cookies, crumbled

1 cup of vegan friendly white chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 375

Spread a little less than half your butter into a parchment lined 8x8 baking pan

In a small/medium bowl mix your sugar and cinnamon

Press your sugar covered biscuits into the buttered pan

(you make have to cut some of the biscuits to fit and form a complete bottom layer)

Spread the top of biscuits with your biscoff cookies spread to fully coat

Sprinkle with top with your crumbled cookies

Drizzle with remaining butter

Top with your white chocolate chips

Bake in preheated oven for roughly 25-30 minutes until golden

Remove and let cool 10 minutes

Cut into bars

Serve and enjoy!
