Thai 'Chicken' Rolls


Ingredients:

1-2 packages Crescent Rolls

Beyond Meat Chicken, chopped and prepared in 1 tsp chickenless broth and 1/3 cup water

Peanut Sauce, recipe below

Follow Your Heart Mozzarella Shreds

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/2 cup cilantro roughly chopped

1/3 cup peanuts finely chopped,

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375

Toss your chopped chicken with roughly 1/4 cup of peanut sauce

Mix in your cilantro and carrots

Remove crescent dough from package

The package should create two square/rectangles

Spread peanut sauce on top of one rectangle

Sprinkle with cheese

Top with chicken mix

Starting with one long end carefully roll up your crescent sheet

Seal edges

You should have a big log now

Using a knife cut 1-2 inch size rolls

Place onto greased cookie sheet

Repeat with remaining ingredients

Sprinkle the tops with the chopped peanuts, reserve 1 tbl for later garnish

Bake in preheated oven for roughly 13 minutes until golden

Remove and drizzle with remaining sauce and chopped peanuts and cilantro

Serve and enjoy!

Peanut sauce:

1/2 cup peanut butter

2 tablespoons of brown sugar

2 tablespoons of soy sauce

2 tablespoons of rice vinegar

1 tablespoons minced garlic

1 tablespoon of garlic chili sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger

Directions:

Mix together the ingredients in a medium sauce pan

heat over medium high for 3 minutes
