Chopped Wedge Salad


Before going Vegan one of my favorite salads to eat from a restaurant was a wedge salad. The only downfall was that you had to chop it yourself. So when I decided to make a Vegan Wedge salad, I wanted it to all be chopped up so that every bite was the perfect bite. And this is the prefect salad full of perfect bites!



Ingredients

3 cups of chopped iceberg lettuce

1/2 red onion, diced

1 cups of chopped cherry tomatoes

2 avocados diced

Roughly 8 slices of All Vegetarian Vegan Bacon, cooked and chopped

Follow your Heart Blue Cheese Dressing

Black pepper



Directions

In a large bowl add your lettuce, tomatoes, onions and avocado

Season very generously with black pepper

Mix well

Drizzle with dressing

Top with your chopped vegan bacon

Serve and enjoy!
