Baby Bok Choy is hands down one of my favorite vegetables! It’s so tasty that I can’t believe it’s actually so good for you! Baby bok choy is packed with fiber, vitamins, minerals and other nutrients that make this the perfect healthy vegetable to incorporate into your diet!
Ingredients
Roughly 1 lb of Baby Bok Choy
1-2 tbsps of Sesame Oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
Pinch of crushed red pepper
Pinch of black sesame seeds, optional
Directions
Slice your baby Bok choy in half
Rinse and dry
Heat your oil in pan over medium high heat
Add in your bok choy cut side down
Cook for roughly 8 minutes until starting to caramelize
(Stove tops and pan may vary so keep an eye on it.)
Using tongs carefully flip over each bok choy
Pour your sauce on top and add crushed red pepper
Cook for 2 minutes and then flip
Cook for another 2-3 minutes
And then turn back over so they are cut side up
Turn off heat
Garnish with more crushed red pepper and sesame seeds
Serve immediately
