Impossible Philly Cheesesteak

An incredibly delicious sandwich. Our take on a Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich using Impossible Ground Meat, Peppers and Onions!


1 white or yellow onion, sliced

2 green bell peppers, sliced

2 Impossible packages

1 tbsp liquid aminos

Salt and pepper

Follow Your Heart Vegenaise

Follow Your Heart Provolone slices, roughly 6 slices

Hoagie Rolls, Semi Toasted

Oil or butter


Heat a cast iron skillet over medium high

Add in a little oil or butter and your sliced onion

Cook for roughly 10 minutes, turning often

Add in your green pepper and cook for an additional 7-10 minutes, turning often

Season with salt and pepper

Remove from pan

Return pan to heat

Add in a little more oil and your impossible meat

Saute until almost browned

Add in your grilled veggies

Season with 1 tbsp of liquid aminos, and a pinch of salt and pepper

Once meat had browned add your cheese

Place your cheese slices on top of your meat, enough to cover all the meat

Cover and turn off heat

Spread your rolls with vegenaise

Once cheese has melted scoop up some of your meat and cheese mixture with a spatula

Place onto your roll

Repeat adding more cheese if necessary

Serve and enjoy!
