Zoodles in 'Beef' Sauce

Get your Pasta on with this simple, healthy and hearty recipe.


1/2 onion, chopped

4 garlic cloves, minced

4-5 zucchinis, spiralized

1 14.5 oz can of basil garlic oregano diced tomatoes

1 beefless cube

2 tablespoons earth balance butter

1/2 cup water

1/4 cup ketchup

Dash of sugar, salt and pepper

Dash of paprika

1 tablespoon of Nutritional yeast

1 package of Fiesty Beyond Meat Crumbles or Beyond Meat Beyond Burgers (crumbled)


In a large sauce pan melt 1 tablespoon of butter

And add your onion

Sauté for 5 minutes

Stir in your garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes

Add in your tomatoes and beefless cube

Mix well and cook for 3 minutes

Stir in your water and bring to a boil

Lower heat to medium

Stir in remaining ingredients and cook for roughly 10 minutes

Cover with lid and let simmer for 5 minutes

While sauce is simmering prepare your zoodles

In a large frying pan toss your zucchini with a little olive oil

Sauté for 5 minutes until warmed, don’t over cook

Add your cooked zoodles to sauce and mix well

Plate, Serve and enjoy!
