Spinach Dip Bites


A unique way to serve and enjoy spinach and artichoke dip!

Ingredients:

2 Pepperidge farm pastry sheets

MS Vegan Spinach Dip, partially baked and cooled, recipe HERE!

Mini muffin pan

Cooking spray

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400

Roll out your pastry sheets into large rectangles

Cut sheets into 2 inch squares

Spray mini muffin pan with cooking spray

Place each square into pan to form cups

Add in large spoonful’s of spinach dip into each muffin pan

Bake in preheated oven for 15-18 minutes

Remove from heat

Repeat with remaining dip and sheets

Serve and Enjoy!
