Pecan Pie

A gooey and scrumptious pie! Can't believe how simple this is to make!


1 frozen ready to bake pie crust

1 cup of chopped pecans

1 cup dark brown sugar

¼ cup white sugar

½ cup earth balance butter, melted

1 teaspoon of vanilla

1 tablespoon of Blue Diamond almond milk

2 ener-g eggs, prepared

3 tablespoons of flour

2 tablespoons of cinnamon applesauce


Preheat oven to 400

In a large bowl combine your ener g eggs, butter, and sugars

Stir in flour, applesauce and vanilla

Add in your milk and pecans

Pour mixture into pie pan

Bake for 10 minutes

Turn heat down to 350 and bake for an additional 40 minutes

Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before serving
