Mini Asian Sliders

Bite size Sandwiches that go a long way! Each bite melts in your mouth!


Mini buns/rolls

Asian Sausage Balls, recipe here

Asian Slaw, Recipe below


Spicy vegenaise, optional (Sriracha and Vegenaise)


If using, coat each bun generously with spicy veganaise

Add Asian slaw to bottom bun

Top with 1 sausage ball

Top with cilantro

Add top bun

Serve and Enjoy!

Asian slaw ingredients:

1/3 cup FYH vegenaise

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

1 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/3 cup sugar

1/3 cup of red wine vinegar

Garlic salt and pepper

1 bag coleslaw

1 bag purple cabbage


Combine the first 6 ingredients of Asian slaw

Mix well

Mix your cabbage and coleslaw together

Toss dressing with your cabbage and coleslaw

Allow to marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator
