Masala Burrito


Can't help but mix cultures again. What better way to enjoy Indian food than having all the flavors in one bite wrapped in a tortilla!

Ingredients:

Ms Vegan Chicken-less Masala

2 cups cooked basmati rice

Follow Your Heart Sour Cream

Hot sauce of choice, optional

1 bunch of Parsley, chopped

1 head of Cauliflower, cut into florets

2-3 tablespoons melted Earth Balance Butter

2 rounded tsp of paprika or more

1 tsp of garlic salt

Large Flour Tortillas

Oil for pan frying

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450

Chop florets into bite size pieces

Toss with melted butter, paprika, and garlic salt

Place onto greased baking sheet

Cook in oven for 15-20 minutes

Shake pan halfway through

Remove when cooked and crispy

Prepare your burritos

Spread a generous amount of sr cream into center of burrito

Drizzle with hot sauce

Add 2 spoonfuls of rice

Top with your cauliflower

Top with masala and sauce

Add parsley

Roll up your burrito tightly

Heat a little oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat

Place burrito seam side down

Cook on each side for roughly 1-2 minutes until golden

Remove and repeat adding more oil as necessary.
