Anti-Pasta Bites


The perfect Italian appetizer to make that is easy and will impress any guest! Picture an antipasta sala, into mini muffin bites!

Ingredients:

1 package of Yves Vegan Salami Slices

1 wedge of FYH Mozzarella cut into mini cubes

1 small jar of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1/2 jar of Trader Joes Roasted peppers, chopped

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375

Place salami slices into greased mini muffin pan

Mix remaining ingredients together

Fill each mini muffin salami cup with a spoonful of mix

Bake in preheated oven for 15-18 minutes

Remove when salami has formed into muffins and cheese is bubbly
