Buffalo Cauli-Wings

Get Ready for a taste of Buffalo Cauli-Wing Heaven!


1 Head of Cauliflower

1 cup of flour

1 cup of Coconut or almond milk

1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast

1 tablespoon of Chicken-less flavor

1 tsp of salt

3 tablespoons of earth balance vegan butter, melted

1/2 cup of buffalo wing sauce.*

Oil for frying


Pre heat oven to 450

Wash and cut cauliflower into 'wing' size florets

In separate bowl add your flour, salt, chicken flavor and nutritional yeast, mix well

Stir in milk, mix well (should be a thick pancake batter, if not add more milk or flour)

Add cauliflower to batter, coat well.

Shake off excess batter and place the cauli-wings onto greased baking sheet

Bake in the pre heated oven for 18-20 minutes, until batter hardens turning half way through

Remove cauli-wings from oven and carefully mix up with spoon

Heat your oil in a small frying/sauce pan

Once oil is heated add in your baked wings

Fry the wings 2-5 minutes until golden and crispy

Remove and drain on paper towel

While that is baking stir your melted butter into your wing sauce

Toss your wings with sauce

Serve with Vegan Ranch, celery and carrot sticks!
