Thanksgiving Patty


1 package of Beyond Meat strips

½-1 tbl of chicken-less flavor

1/3 cup water

1 rounded cup frozen cranberries

1/3 cup orange juice

1 tbl sugar

Roughly 1-2 cups fresh baby spinach, chopped

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp thyme

Salt and pepper

1 tbl flour plus 1/3 cup flour

Oil for frying


In a medium sauce pan combine your chicken less flavor and water

Heat over medium-high

Add in your strips

Cook for 5-7 minutes

Turn off heat

Let sit in liquid for 30 minutes

Remove strips from liquid, reserve liquid

In a food processor add your strips

Process into a ground like texture

Remove and place into a mixing bowl

Add in ½ your reserved liquid ( if too dry add in the all of it)

Stir in your spinach, thyme, garlic powder, salt and pepper

In a small sauce pan heat your cranberries and orange juice

Heat over medium high for 5 minutes

Stir in sugar

Cook until cranberries begin to burst

Turn off heat

Allow to cool

Stir into your chicken mixture

Stir in 1 tbl of four

Mix well

Place remaining flour into a bowl

Form into large patties

Carefully toss patties into flour to fully coat

Heat a little oil in a large frying pan

Fry your patties in oil for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy

Remove and enjoy!
