Beyond Double Cheeseburger


This burger is out of control! A must to serve to your "where do you get your protein" or your "I could never give up In and Out" family and friends

Ingredients:

2-3 packages Beyond Meat Beyond Burger

Follow Your Heart American Style Slices

Follow Your Heart Thousand Island

Tomatoes

Pickles

Lettuce

Buns of choice (simple white soft buns are the best)

Directions:

Heat a frying pan over medium high heat

Taking one of the beyond burgers, remove 1.4-1/2 of the patty

Pat down to a round flat, roughly the size of your bun patty

Cook in heated pan for roughly 2 minutes on each side

Remove and continue with remaining burgers

Place your buns upside down under the broiler

Allow to broil for 1-2 minutes

Remove and set aside

When ready to plate burgers

Place your patty back into low heat pan

Place a slice of cheese on top

Add a little water to the pan and cover

Allow the cheese to melt a bit

Remove and make burger

Spread Thousand Island generously on bottom bun

Top with tomatoes, pickles, lettuce

Add two cheese covered patties

Spread top bun with thousand island

Top and serve
