Parmesan 'Chicken' Wontons

Another classic mix of cultures. Your Italian comfort dish wrapped up the crispy Asian won ton!


1 package of Beyond Meat Grilled Strips

1 tablespoon of Vegan chicken flavor

1/3 cup of water

1-2 cups of marinara sauce

Won Ton Wrappers

1 cup of Daiya Mozzarella Shreds

Ms. Vegan Parmesan

½ bunch of parsley, chopped

Cooking spray or oil and a brush


Heat your Grillers in chicken flavor and water

Remove from Pan and shred using two forks

Place back into pan to soak up chicken flavor

Preheat oven to 375

Mix together 1 cup of marinara, griller’s and parsley

Prepare your wontons

Place one won ton wrapper down

Place a little of chicken mix, parmesan and mozzarella into center of 1 wonton

Wet the edges with water

Fold over triangle and press edges to seal

Place onto greased baking sheet

Continue with remaining wontons

Spray wontons generously with cooking spray

Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown

Serve with remaining marinara sauce for dipping


*Might have to cook in two batches

MsVegan Parmesan

In a food processor blend together:

1 cup of cashews

1/3-1/4 cup of nutrional yeast

1 teaspoon of garlic salt
