Buffalo 'Chicken' Dip

This is hands down one of my favorite recipes. Once you make it you will understand why. Your guests, friends, and family will go nuts!


I package of Beyond Meat chicken strips

2-8 oz FYH cream cheese

3/4 cup Buffalo sauce

1-2 tablespoons of Earth Balance Butter

3/4 cup of Follow Your Heart Blue Cheese or Ranch

1 package of Follow Your Heart Cheddar Shreds (roughly 1 -2 cups)

Vegetable oil

3-4 stalks of celery chopped, extra stalks for serving (optional)

Chives for garnishing



Preheat oven to 350

In a medium/large frying pan add your oil and chicken

Heat your strips over medium heat

Remove from pan when heated

Shred chicken and return to pan

Add in your buffalo sauce, butter and celery

Mix well

Add in your cream cheese and dressing, mix

When cream cheese has melted Add in roughly 3/4- 1 cup of cheddar shreds

Mix well, when cheese shreds have melted turn off heat

Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish

Sprinkle the top with more cheddar shreds

Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly

Mix the dip around, sprinkle with chives and serve with crackers and celery
