Tu-no Salad Lettuce Wraps


Growing up one of my favorite meals my family would make was tuna or salmon salad! There was so much comfort in the dish it just felt like home. I'm so happy I'm now able to enjoy a cruelty free version and share the recipe with you!

Directions:

2 cans of garbanzo beans, drained and shredded or mashed

1 can of of hearts of Palm, finely chopped

1/3 cup of FYH vegenaise

2 tbls of mustard

1/4 cup sweet relish or more

1 apple, diced

1/2 small red onion, chopped

Salt and pepper

Dash of red wine vinegar

Butter Lettuce Leaves

Avocado

Green onions, chopped

Directions:

Combine first 9 ingredients

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour

Place a large spoonful into your lettuce cups

Top with sliced avocado

Sprinkle with green onions

Serve and enjoy!
