Carne Asada Breakfast Burrito


Who doesn't love a good hearty Breakfast Burrito? And to make it even more delicious is Cena Vegan Carne Asada that you can now purchase in a few select stores!

Ingredients:

(Makes roughly 4 burritos)

4 potatoes, diced

8-10 Follow Your Heart Vegan Eggs, prepared according to package*

1 pound Cena Vegan Carne Asada

Follow You Heart American Cheese Slices

1 cup Vegetarian Refried Beans

Salt

Vegetable oil

Follow Your Heart Sour Cream

4 Large Burrito Size Flour Tortillas

Directions:

Preheat even to 400

Toss your chopped potatoes with a little oil

Season with salt

Place onto prepared baking sheet

Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until brown (turning halfway through)

In a large frying pan add a little oil

Add in your carne asada and cook for 5-7 minutes

Remove potatoes and toss with more salt

Prepare burritos:

In the center spread with beans

Top with 1-2 slices of cheese

Followed by Vegan Eggs, Carne Asada, Potatoes, Pico and sour Cream (add whichever more toppings youd like)

Roll up into Burrito

Continue with remaining ingredients

Heat a little oil in a non stick pan over medium heat

Once heated add in 1-2 burritos at a time, seam side down

Cook on each side for roughly 2-3 minutes

Repeat

Serve and Enjoy*

*These can even be frozen to use at a later time

*If you cant find Follow Your Heart Vegan Egg feel free to use tofu scramble
