3 Ingredient Cookies (Bananas, Peanut Butter, Rolled Oats)



We’re making these easy, delicious and healthy cookies. Using just 3 ingredients: bananas, peanut butter and Rolled Oats! You can also add in chocolate chips, nuts or dried fruit. We used white chocolate chips!


Ingredients

3 ripe bananas mashed

1/4 cup of peanut butter or cookie butter

2 cups of rolled oats

Optional ingredients: chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, nuts or fried fruit

Directions

Preheat oven to 350

Add your mashed banana to a large bowl

Add in your peanut butter

Mix and mash until creamy

Add in your rolled oats

Mix until creamy

Stir in your toppings

Using an ice cream scoop or large spoon scoop out your dough

Place onto greased or lined baking sheet

Repeat with remaining dough

Press down cookies (Cookies will not spread out so they can be close to each other)

Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden

Remove from oven and let sit 15 minutes!

Serve and enjoy!
