Air Fryer Corn Ribs


Making the trending recipe where we make ribs using corn ears. Super easy to make. Served with fresh lime and a chipotle vegan mayo.


Ingredients

3 Ears of Corn, Husk Removed

2 tbsp oil

1 rounded tsp paprika and garlic powder

1/2 tsp pepper and garlic salt

1/3 cup of Vegan Mayo

1/3 cup of Chipotle Vegan Mayo

1-2 limes

1/2 bunch of fresh cilantro, roughly chopped


Directions

Cut each ear in half, crosswise

Then Carefully cut your corn halves in half, lengthwise

Then cut each piece again in half, lengthwise to create 4 equal pieces

Repeat with remaining corn

Place corn pieces onto air fryer rack

In a small bowl whisk together your oil, paprika, garlic powder, pepper and garlic salt

Whisk until blended

Brush each corn piece with seasoned oil

Place into air fryer and air fry at 400 for 5-6 minutes

After 5-6 minutes turn your corn

Air fry again for 5-6 more minutes until starting to brown and curl up

While corn is cooking add your two different mayos into a small bowl

Whisk together to combine

Remove corn when done and plate

Drizzle with your vegan mayo sauce

Then squeeze lime and sprinkle with cilantro

Serve and enjoy!
