Apple Pie Biscuit Bake

A delicious dessert with apple pie mix and canned biscuits, thrown together into a pan and baked to perfection!


3-4 cups chopped apples

1 cup water 1 tbsp cornstarch 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 3 tsps cinnamon 1 can of vegan friendly biscuit dough 3 tbsps vegan butter 1 cup powdered sugar 2 tbsps of vanilla non dairy milk

Directions Heat a medium pot to medium Add in your water Whisk in your cornstarch Once blended add in 1/2 cup white sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 2 tsps of cinnamon Cook for 5 minutes stirring often Add in your chopped apples Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring often until thickened Turn off heat and let cool Preheat oven to 350 Mix remaining sugar and cinnamon into medium bowl Chop your biscuits into small pieces Add biscuit pieces to sugar bowl Toss until coated Brush your 9x13 baking pan generously with your butter Place sugar covered biscuits into pan Pour cooled apple mix ontop Mix well Place in preheated oven for 25 minutes While baking make your icing Add your powdered sugar and milk to a bowl Whisk until creamy (If you like a lot of icing/glaze, double the powdered sugar and plant milk) Remove pie mix from oven Let sit 5 minutes Drizzle with icing Serve and enjoy
