Big Mac Bites (Vegan and Low Carb)


Think Bite size Big Macs, minus the bun. These Big Mac Bites are the perfect dish to make when craving a delicious burger but trying to keep it light.


Ingredients

3/4 cup vegan mayo

1/4 cup ketchup

2-3 tbsp sweet relish

1 tbps yellow mustard

2 tsps apple cider vinegar

1/2 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

8-16oz of Beyond Burgers

Vegan friendly Yellow Cheese slices

Iceberg Lettuce

Hamburger Dill Pickles

1/2 white onion diced finely


Directions

In a small bowl combine the first 8 ingredients

Mix well

Marinate in refrigerator until ready to use

Form your burgers into small roughly 2 inch size patties

Cook in cast iron skillet on each side for 2-3 minutes

Cut cheese slices to fit patties

Place cheese slices on burger patties

Add a little water to pan and cover

Once cheese has melted remove cover

Top cheese with chopped onion

Remove burgers from pan

To plate

Add small pieces of lettuce to each burger patty

Top with a pickle slice

Add toothpick

Serve with sauce

Serve and enjoy!
