Popcorn gets coated in all things birthday cake flavor. It’s easy, no-bake, and perfect for parties, movie nights, or when you just need a little celebration moment.
This recipe comes together fast and tastes like actual birthday cake in popcorn form. Sweet, crunchy, nostalgic… and dangerously snackable.
Ingredients
10oz white chocolate chips
1-2 tbsps refined coconut oil
Roughly 5 cups popcorn
Roughly 1/2 cup Sprinkles
Roughly 1/2-3/4 cup of boxed white cake mix*
*microwave raw cake mix for roughly 60 seconds before using
Directions
Melt your chocolate with coconut oil
Add in half of your cake mix
Mix well
Place popcorn into large mixing bowl
Pour chocolate mix on top
Gently mix to coat popcorn into large mixing white chocolate
Add in your sprinkles, reserving a couple tbsps
Add in remaining cake mix
Mix well
Pour onto parchment lined baking sheet
Spread into an even layer
Sprinkle with remaining sprinkles
Allow it to set and harden
Once hardened break apart into bite size pieces
