Biscoff Roll Ups

This is next level of deliciousness. Bread spread with cookie butter, dipped into a cookie crumble vegan egg mix, then cooked to a golden perfection. These can be served for breakfast or even dessert.


Sliced Bread

Biscoff Cookie Butter

4 Biscoff Cookies, grounded

1/2 cup of Vegan egg

1/3 cup of non dairy milk

1 tsp cinnamon

1-2 tbsp butter

Powdered sugar

Syrup for serving, optional


In a medium bowl add your ground cookies, egg, milk and cinnamon

Mix well

Using a rolling pin flatted your bread slices

Spread generously with cookie butter

Roll up tightly

Heat your butter in a non stick pan over medium high heat

Dip bread rolls into the egg mix

Place into pan

Cook on all sides until golden, roughly a total of 5 minutes

Remove from pan

Sprinkle with powdered sugar

Serve and enjoy!
