
Vegan Bacon, Lettuce, and Tomato served up on the cutest Crostini!
Ingredients
Baguette, sliced on the thinner side
roughly 8 slices of Vegan Bacon, Cooked ( We used All Vegetarian Inc. Bacon)
Small Butter Lettuce Leaves
Roughly 1/2 cup shredded Vegan Mozzarella
Roughly 1/2 cup of vegenaise
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
2-3 Tomatoes, sliced
Olive Oil
Follow Your Heart Ranch
Directions
Preheat oven to 375
Brush your baguette slices with olive oil on each side
Place onto prepared baking sheet
Mix your vegenaise, cheese, salt and garlic powder
Mix well
Spread onto your baguette slices
Chop your bacon into size of crostini
Top each crostini with a piece or two of bacon
Place into preheated oven and bake for roughly 5 minutes
Cheese should be melted and crostini should be golden
Let cool slightly
Top each crostini with some lettuce followed by a tomato slice
Drizzle with your Ranch
Serve and enjoy
