Spinach and Artichoke Bread

If you love spinach and artichoke dip… wait until you try it baked inside warm, golden bread. This Spinach & Artichoke Bread is creamy, cheesy, perfectly garlicky, and completely irresistible. It’s the ultimate party appetizer, game day snack, or cozy weekend treat.
Instructions
1 cup of thawed spinach, drained and chopped
1 1/2 cups of artichoke hearts, drained
8 ounces of Vegan Cream Cheese
¼ cup of Vegan Sour Cream
¼ cup of Vegan Mayo
1-2 cups Vegan Mozzarella Shred
1/3 cup of Vegan parmesan shreds
½ tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
½ tsp of red pepper flakes (optional)
French bread iced in half
Directions
Preheat oven to 375
In a large bowl combine all ingredients minus the bread
Mix really well
Taste and add salt if needed
Place your French bread on baking sheet cut side up
(If you want less bread you can scoop out some of the bread and use later)
Spread your spinach dip evenly and generously ontop of each loaf
Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes and then broil for 1-2 minutes
Remove and let sit 5 minutes before slicing
Serve and enjoy!
