Breakfast Burrito Bowls



A delicious take on a breakfast burrito using a tortilla bowl instead! This recipe is so versatile you can switch out with different ingredients to make it your own! Ingredients 1/2 onion, diced 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced 9-12oz of soyrizo 24 oz of Just Liquid Vegan Egg 1 cup vegan cheese shreds Salt and pepper 3-4 cups prepared hash browns 6 Old El Paso Flour Tortilla Bowls Salsa Pico de gallo

Directions Preheat oven to 375 In a large pan heat a little oil over medium high heat Add in your onion and peppers Cook for 5 minutes Add in your soyrizo Cook for 5 minutes Add in your liquid egg Cook, turning often until scrambled Season with salt and pepper Add in your cheese and mix well Turn off heat Place your tortilla bowls on baking sheet Fill each with a handful of hash browns Top with vegan egg mixture Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes Remove and cool slightly Top with salsa and pico de gallo Serve and enjoy
