Breakfast Crescent Rolls

Flaky, golden, and stuffed with breakfast goodness — these crescent rolls are the easiest way to start your morning! Perfect for busy weekdays or weekend brunch. 🄐✨



Ingredients

1 package of Pillsbury crescent rolls (8 crescent rolls)

2-3 cups of vegan scrambled eggs

1-2 cups shredded vegan cheese

8 Vegan ham or breakfast sausage, we used 4 meati breakfast patties, cooked and cut in half

Egg or butter wash

Fresh chives or green onions


Directions

Preheat oven to 375

Roll out and separate crescent rolls

Sprinkle a little cheese on largest part of roll

Top with large spoonful of vegan scrambled eggs

If using meati breakfast sausages cut in half

Place one half on topĀ 

Carefully fold bottom to wrap over breakfast and press to seal

Brush with melted butter and vegan egg washĀ 

Bake in preheated oven for roughly 12-15 minutes

Remove and garnish with chives or green onions

Serve and enjoy!Ā
