Cheeseburger Biscuit Bake

A delicious cheeseburger casserole using canned biscuits to make this your new favorite way to eat a cheeseburger!


1 can of vegan friendly biscuit dough, we use Pillsbury Grands! Southern Homestyle Original Biscuits

12oz of vegan grounds, prepared

1/2 red onion, diced

2-3 tomatoes, chopped

7oz vegan cheese shreds

1/3 cup of vegan mayo

1/3 cup of ketchup

2 tbsps yellow mustard

2 tbsps vegan butter, melted

Toppings: Shredded lettuce, chopped pickles, tomatoes and sesame seeds

Cooking spray


Preheat oven to 350

Spray your 9x13 pan with cooking spray

Chop your biscuits into small pieces

Place into greased baking pan

Add in your vegan grounds, onion, tomato, cheese, mayo, mustard and ketchup

Mix well

Drizzle top with melted butter

Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes

Remove when golden

Top with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and sesame seeds

Serve and enjoy!
