Cheesy Bacon Ranch Pull Apart Bread

An incredible delicious load of bread stuffed with vegan bacon, cheese, ranch and butter....need I say more?


6-8 slices vegan bacon, cooked and chopped

1 cup vegan Colby jack shreds

1 cup vegan mozzarella

1/3 cup chopped green onions, plus more for garnish

2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley

8 tbsps vegan butter, melted

2 tbsp Ranch dressing mix, I used Riega Organic Vegan Ranch mix, if you can't find it a recipe for one is below

1 round artisan or sourdough loaf

Directions Preheat oven to 350

In a medium bowl add the first 5 ingredients

Mix well

In a small bowl add your melted butter

Stir in vegan ranch mix

Cut the bread in strips in one direction, do not to cut all the way through the loaf.

Rotate the bread 90 degrees and cut in the other direction to create small squares across the top of the loaf.

Place loaf onto large sheet of foil, enough to wrap entire loaf

Using your hands carefully stuff the cheese mix in between squares deep into the bread

drizzle your butter and ranch mix evenly on top

Cover with foil

Place onto baking sheet and bake for roughly 25 minutes

Unwrap foil to expose top and bake for another 10 minutes

Remove and garnish with green onions

Serve and enjoy

(I like to serve with vegan ranch on the side to dip bread into)

Vegan Ranch

1 tbsp Dried parsley

2 tsps Garlic powder

2 tsps Onion powder

1 tbsp tsp Dried dill

1 tsp Dried chives

1/2 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp salt

Mix all ingredients together
