Chicken In A Biscuit



The perfect crispy chicken wrapped in a a delicious biscuit blanket. Topped with a sweet and spicy sauce!

Ingredients

12 beyond meat tenders, cooked

1 can of vegan friendly biscuits

1/3 cup vegan butter

1 tbsp hot sauce

2 tbsps maple syrup

1/3 cup of vegan Mayo



Directions

Preheat oven to 375

In a small bowl whisk together melted butter, hot sauce and maple syrup

Set aside

Roll out one biscuit

Cut in half

Place your tender in the center of half circle

Wrap half circle around tender and pinch edges to seal

Repeat with remaining dough and tenders

Place onto baking sheet

Brush tops with your butter mix, making sure to reserve remaining sauce

Bake in preheated oven for roughly 18 mins until golden

Remove from oven

Mix remaining sauce with your vegan Mayo

Serve tenders with dipping sauce

Serve and enjoy
