Chili cheese fries are always a good idea so why not make a pizza out of them!
Ingredients
1/2 onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
12oz vegan ground meat
15oz can of chili beans
15oz can of diced tomatoes
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper
1/4 cup of bbq sauce
7oz of vegan cheese shreds
Pizza dough
2-3 cups of cooked fries
Jalapeño, sliced (optional)
1/3 cup of chopped green onions
Directions Heat a large non stick pan to medium Add in a little oil Once hot add in your onion Sauté for 3 minutes Add in your bell pepper and cook for another 3-5 minutes Crumble in your grounds Cook until browned Add in your beans and tomatoes Mix well Add in your cumin and garlic powder Season generously with salt and pepper Mix well Turn off heat Preheat oven to pizza dough directions Prepare dough onto pizza sheet Spread with bbq sauce Top with your chili, reserve 1 cup Sprinkle with cheese, reserve 1/4 cup Add your cooked fries in a single layer Add remaining chili in dollops on top of fries Sprinkle with remaining cheese Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes Remove and garnish with jalapeños and green onions Serve and enjoy!
