Deep Dish Breakfast Pizza

All things breakfast served in a deep dish pizza! What more could you ask for?

We are using store bought pizza dough but you can make your own if you prefer!


Ingredients

Pizza dough

2-3 cups of scrambled vegan eggs

Sliced Vegan Cheese, roughly 6 slices

1-2 cups of shredded vegan cheese

7-10oz cooked and crumbled vegan breakfast sausage

Tomatoes, sliced

Green onions, chopped



Directions

Preheat oven to 425

Grease a 9 inch spring pan

Place your rolled out pizza dough into the spring pan

Press to form your crust into pan making sure it goes up the pan 2 inches or so

Pierce the bottom of pizza dough

Place your cheese slices evenly on the bottom

Top with your shredded cheese

Add in your crumbled sausage

Top with your vegan scrambled eggs

Add sliced tomatoes evenly on-top

Sprinkle with green onions

Bake in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes until cooked all the way through

Remove and let cool for 5 minutes

Garnish with more green onions

Remove spring pan

Cut into slices

Serve and enjoy!
