Easy Breakfast Braid




A delicious hearty Breakfast. A pastry sheet stuffed with Vegan Eggs, Cheese, Crispy potatoes and vegan sausage!



Ingredients

Pillsbury pastry sheet

Prepared tater tots or rounds, roughly 2 cups Roughly 3 cups of scramble vegan eggs 8-12oz of cooked ground vegan sausage, we used Beyond Meat 7oz of vegan cheese shreds, or more, we used Follow your heart Cheddar Shreds 1/4 cup melted vegan butter Chives





Directions

Preheat oven to 375

Late your pastry sheet into greased pan

Cut slits into the long sides of the pastry sheet

Sprinkle with center with half your cheese

Add tater tots

Evenly add your scrambled vegan eggs

Top with remaining vegan cheese, feel free to add as much cheese as you like

Add you vegan sausage

Fold over your strips and gently pinch to seal

Brush top with your melted butter

Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden

Remove and garnish with chives

Serve and enjoy!
