Vegan friendly Powdered Sugar
Directions
Heat your oil in pot, roughly 1 inch deep, over medium heat
Roll out each biscuit dough a little
Place into hot oil
Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden
Flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes until golden
Remove and drain on paper towel
Let cool to touch
Using your squeeze bottle tip press into the top of your doughnut*
Squeeze jelly inside moving the doughnut around to make sure jelly gets fully inside
Repeat with remaining doughnuts
Sprinkle generously with powdered sugar
Serve immediately
*If you don't have a squeeze bottle you can fill a piping bag or even zip lock bag. Fill bag with jelly and cut tip from corner of bag. Use something sharp to make a hole in the doughnut and squeeze jelly inside.
