An easy, delicious and beautiful vegan Caprese salad. With only a few ingredients you have yourself a Devine dish that will impress your guests.
Ingredients
10oz of grape tomatoes, sliced in half
4-6oz of vegan mozzarella, we used Miyoko
1/3 cup of freshly chopped basil
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Balsamic glaze
Directions Plate your sliced tomatoes Season with salt Crumble in your mozzarella Drizzle with a little olive oil and balsamic glaze Sprinkle in your chopped basil Top with a little salt and pepper And a final drizzle of balsamic glaze Serve and enjoy!
