Feta Biscuit Bombs



Theses delicious biscuit bombs are filled with melted cheese, mushrooms, and spinach. Perfect appetizer to really impress your family and friends.


Ingredients

1 can of Pillsbury Grands Southern Homestyle Biscuits

12 oz mushrooms chopped

12oz of baby spinach leaves

1/4 cup nutritional yeast

2 tbsp crushed garlic

Salt and pepper

2 tbsp butter, melted

1 tbsp butter

1 tsp garlic salt

1 tbps of freshly chopped parsley

1 block of VioLife Feta, chopped into chunks

Directions

Preheat oven according to biscuit directions

Heat a large frying pan to medium high heat

Add in 1 tbsp of butter

Cook until melted

Add in your mushrooms

Cook for 5-7 minutes

Add in your garlic

Saute for 1 minute

Add in your spinach

Cook until slightly wilted

Season with salt and pepper

Add in your nutritional yeast

Mix well

Remove mushrooms and spinach from pan

Try and remove as much liquid as possible

Set aside to cool

Place one biscuit down onto working place

Roll out using a rolling pin to create a large circle/disc

In the center of your circle place 1 feta cube

Add a spoonful of mushroom/spinach mix

Carefully wrap circle biscuit around the mix to form a ball

Seal edges well

Place onto prepared baking sheet, seal side down

Repeat with remaining dough circles/discs

Add your parsley and garlic salt to melted butter

Brush tops of balls with melted butter mix

Bake in preheated oven for roughly 25-30 minutes until golden (check them after 25 minutes)

Let sit for 10 minutes before serving
