Looking for the ultimate appetizer? These crispy fried ravioli are golden, crunchy on the outside, cheesy and delicious on the inside, and incredibly easy to make! Using refrigerated ravioli, a simple breadcrumb coating, and a quick fry, you’ll have a restaurant-style snack that’s perfect for game day, parties, holidays, or anytime you’re craving comfort food.
Serve them with warm marinara sauce for dipping and watch them disappear fast!
Ingredients
1 package refrigerated plant-based ravioli
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup grated plant-based Parmesan
Oil, for frying
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Marinara sauce, for serving
Directions
Heat about 1–2 inches of oil in a deep skillet or pot to 350°F (175°C).
Place the flour in one shallow bowl and the milk in another. In a third bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and salt.
Coat each ravioli in flour, then dip in the milk, and finally coat evenly in the breadcrumbs.
Fry the ravioli in batches for 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
Garnish with chopped parsley and Parmesan.
Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Tip: No need to boil refrigerated ravioli first. The ravioli cooks through while frying and stays perfectly tender inside. 🍝✨
